Curriculum:
SHAOLIN CHINESE YOGA™

 The Shaolin Chi Mantis curriculums are composed of three separate Gongfu systems combined together:
  • Northern Shaolin Gongfu
  • Yang Style Taijiquan
  • Northern Praying Mantis ("Tai Chi Praying Mantis" & "7 Star Praying Mantis")
     

This curriculum is interwoven into the curriculums of Buddha Kung Fu and Tai Chi Youth.

All Shaolin Chi Mantis and Tai Chi Youth curriculums are 4-month semesters. The seminar curriculums and after school programs are derived from these 4-month semesters.

The SHAOLIN  CHINESE YOGA™ curriculum of Shaolin Chi Mantis is 3-semesters.

The TEACHER PROGRAM of Shaolin Chinese Yoga™ is an additional 3 semesters after completing the first three semesters satisfactorily.

A CERTIFICATE will be awarded to graduates of the one-year program of Shaolin Chinese Yoga™.

A TEACHER CERTIFICATE with financial guarantees and franchise benefits awarded after completion of the Shaolin Chinese Yoga Teacher Certificate Program.

 

 SHAOLIN CHI MANTIS SHAOLIN CHINESE YOGA™ PROGRAM

Shaolin Chinese Yoga™ was designed as a portion of a complete Shaolin Chi Mantis Kung Fu workout. However, the Shaolin Yoga™ curriculum is a complete warm-up workout all by itself.

There is so much to learn and progress that a 1-year program is required. Taught in three semesters, this Chinese Yoga™ routine was designed by Buddha Zhen of Shaolin Chi Mantis Traditional Buddhist Gongfu to develop the qi ('chi') energy flow of the students as their relaxation improves and acupuncture meridians are enchained. Some of the 'LEVEL-3' techniques of Shaolin Chinese Yoga™ can only be taught or understood after completing the Shaolin Chinese Yoga™ LEVEL-2 semester.

So the mind is developed and strengthened also because each student is learning something new. The focus and concentration is as important as the relaxed breathing and meditation of the Shaolin Chinese Yoga™ program.
